re-balance pilates studios plus Gyrotonic + GarudA are the first in The Netherlands to offer in 2000 the international, anatomy-based STOTT PILATES(R) method. In 2010 we brought The Gyrotonic Expansion System(R) and Gyrokinesis(R) method to The Hague. In 2014 we added GarudA to our teaching repertoire. Our beautiful 1930’s studios have a peaceful and friendly, arty sphere in which to experience Essential, Intermediate and Advanced sessions on genuine, state-of-the-art, pilates large apparatus and mat. We employ fully qualified instructors educated all over the world including a pilates trained physiotherapist, plus others who are studying and training for exams. All instructors refresh all disciplines with yearly updates. *Our studios are not for hire but we always welcome new instructors with skills and qualifications.*
