If you’re looking for a store where a grown employee will aggressively confront a toddler over a $6 keychain, you’ve found it. We stopped in intending to shop for pieces for our home and left wondering how this business manages to keep customers. Our young daughter briefly held a small keychain against her face, and an employee immediately insisted we were obligated to purchase it because she had touched it. The issue wasn’t the keychain. It was the complete lack of common sense, professionalism, and basic courtesy of the employee. Instead of treating us like potential customers, we were treated like a problem. It takes a special kind of customer service to turn a family that came in ready to spend money into people who will never return. To the employee with the blue-accented glasses: I hope you eventually learn that a little kindness costs less than that keychain.
